This OEM is currently producing the next generation commercial aircraft. They required the assistance of an aviation provider to crew a modified 747 aircraft to deliver airframe components from several locations around the world to their production facility in the US. We secured Hill support and interfaced with the OEM's Washington DC offices to position and secure a highly competed contract.
Over $400M in logistics support
This Fortune 500 company required critical aviation support in Afghanistan as part of a larger DoD contract. The mission consisted of transporting personnel in Theater supporting the overall mission for the Prime. We worked with our client's BD field team in Afghanistan and secured support from the Prime's offices in DC, ultimately positioning our client for award.
Over $290M in DoD Support Contracts
Assembled a high caliber team of BD professional to capture and seize over $290M in DoD support contracts. Customers consisted of various DoD entities providing aviation services in Afghanistan and classified environments.
Over $60M Vertical Replenishment (VERTREP) Contract
We led and directed capture efforts in Washington DC for our client's award of a VERTREP contract with the US Navy providing mission-critical ship-to-ship logistics support utilizing Puma helicopters.
Exclusive OEM Marketing Agreements
Two major OEMs required the assistance of an international marketing company. We worked with our client to secure two exclusive marketing agreements establishing them as the sole source of supply for certain radar and weapons system spare parts. They grew rapidly and were acknowledged as one of the top 25 aerospace companies in the Washington DC metropolitan area by the Washington Business Journal.
DoT Designation for China Scheduled Cargo Service
We assembled the strategic team responsible for the Department of Transportation's designation of our client as the first all-cargo US carrier based out of JFK serving China.
Software Implementation
Secured a $6M contract for the implementation of a manufacturing execution system (MES) with a major heavy vehicle OEM supporting the US Army.
